Rénovation d’un appartement haussmannien de 220 m2 à Paris 8ème réalisé pour le locatif. La distribution des pièces a été revu afin de correspondre au mieux aux modes de vies contemporains. Un travail d’équilibre entre la préservation du patrimoine et le besoin de nouveaux usages. Le projet a été réalisé par l’agence d’architecture MA3 (Paris 7ème). Renovation of a 220-square-meter Haussmann-style apartment in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, carried out for the rental market. The layout of the apartment was redesigned to better suit contemporary lifestyles. The project struck a balance between preserving the building’s heritage and accommodating new uses.
